Join this 1-h workshop to learn about prenatal nutrition. The focus is to provide moms-to-be with information that optimizes their health and insight into issues related to prenatal, early postpartum and infant care. The program is NOT a substitute for a childbirth education course.

Introducing Your Baby to Solid Foods
Join our Registered Dietitian (RD) for this 2-hour workshop and learn everything you need to know about introducing solid food to your baby. Best suited for parents whose baby is 2-6 months old. This workshop is held once a month via Zoom. Check out our events calendar for more information!

Raising a Healthy Happy Eater

This is a FREE program offered to patients and community members. Join our Registered Dietitian, Maria Rumeo-Lisi and Certified Lactation Educator/Breastfeeding Counselor, Elizabeth Kelly to learn about nutrition and breastfeeding for baby and mother. Let’s Talk Diabetes!
Looking for up-to-date information on diabetes or pre-diabetes? Would you like to learn how to manage the disease and stay healthy?

Smoking Cessation

Our multidisciplinary team is made up of a Licensed Pharmacist, Respiratory Therapist, Registered Kinesiologist, Social Worker and Registered Dietitian. Mindful Eating Program
This 6-week program is facilitated by our Registered Dietitian (RD) and Mental Health Counsellor (MSW). Sessions are focused on managing emotional eating and food cravings. Lung Health Foundation – Physical Activity Video
Physical activity is especially important for individuals who have conditions that impact their lungs.
