Mindful Eating Program

Join the Mindful Eating group every week via Zoom, Thursdays July 21 – August 25 @ 12-2 pm. This program is facilitated by a Registered Dietitian and Registered Social Worker (MSW).
This program will explore the following:
  • How and Why we eat (as opposed to What to eat)
  • Our relationship with food
  • Mindfulness practice
This program does not focus on:
  • Nutritional or dietary recommendations
  • Weight loss strategies
  • The Mindful Eating Program is not appropriate for diagnosing or treating eating disorder
