William Osler COVID-19 Assessment Centre
William Osler Health System is taking proactive steps to ensure the community’s health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. The by-appointment only, drive-thru testing centre is located at the South Fletcher’s Sportsplex to test for COVID-19 (8am-6pm, seven days a week). All assessment centres are by APPOINTMENT only. The outdoor testing centres located have now moved INDOORS as of December 10, 2020.
COVID-19, cold and flu symptoms are very similar and there is now a dedicated assessment centre for those who have cold or flu-like symptoms. Visit the COVID-19, Cold and Flu Clinic located at Snelgrove Community Centre. Peel Memorial Centre for Integrated Health and Wellness (formerly Urgent Care Centre at Peel Memorial) has closed their cold and flu-like assessment centre to redeploy their healthcare workers to the hospital.
If you are feeling severely ill and require emergency care, ALWAYS call 9-1-1 or go to your nearest emergency department.
COVID-19, Cold and Flu Clinic

- Have moderate symptoms such as:
- Fever that is not caused from a known infection or illness
- Any worsening:
- Cough, shortness of breath
- Sore throat or hoarse voice
- Loss of taste of smell
- Pink eye/redness of eye(s)
- Nausea and vomiting, or diarrhea, or abdominal pain
- Flu-like illness
- Need to see a doctor
- Anyone over the age of 6 months can be tested
