Lung Health Foundation - Physical Activity Video

Physical activity is especially important for individuals who have conditions that impact their lungs. This video shared by the Lung Health Foundation in collaboration with the Abilities Centre in Whitby are for those living with a chronic lung condition who are unable to access safe and suitable exercise programs in their communities at this time.
